Jim Raycroft Photography

Recommended to us for his outstanding work & passion for photography, International photographer / photojournalist Jim Raycroft is never far from the sea.
Operating out of studios in New England and Ft. Lauderdale, he has spent the last 25 years photographing yachts, cruise ships, resorts, travel destinations, exotic cars, food, models and other glamorous subjects around the world.
His images constantly appear in national and international editorial features and advertising campaigns. These editorial features have taken him from East Timor to Antarctica documenting the adventures of m/y Golden Compass and m/y SuRi, through a continuing series of articles for ShowBoats International Magazine.

Jim has experience photographing high end resorts and properties, with well known hotels, Nantucket properties and a renown architectural firm's work gracing his portfolio, as well as food photography for a cookbook series, Culinary Voyages and Food Styling for Photography.

Another hallmark of Jim’s work is his aerial photography and video. Born from a personal passion for aviation, his clients value this additional skill which is so artfully blended into his work.

His technical skills and willing problem solving attitude make him popular with busy Art Directors. Working with the latest high-end digital camera systems, Jim’s client base stretches across the USA, Europe, Caribbean and Asia.

Jim has received awards from the Art Directors Clubs of New York and Boston, The American Advertising Federation, Boat Writers International, Boston Society of Architects and Art Direction Magazine. 

He is active with ASMP and has served as President of the New England Chapter.
